Jason Siebrecht, GISP
GIS Manager
Jason joined Linn County in 1998 to build the County GIS infrastructure from the ground up.
His current roles are:
- Manages the GIS team and system performance
- Promotes GIS services and technologies to County departments

Matt Boyle, GISP
GIS Analyst
Matt joined the GIS team at Linn County in 2013. In his current role he is responsible for the following:
- County enterprise GIS database administration, maintenance, and support
- Integrating various County business systems with GIS
- Creating and maintaining County GIS web maps, apps, dashboards, and services
- Task automation using Python

Peter Konrad, GISP
GIS Specialist
Peter joined the GIS team at Linn County in 2010. In his current role he is responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining County GIS web maps, apps, dashboards, and services
- Use various programming methods to automate tasks
- Maintaining Emergency 911 data used for emergency dispatch services

Drew Fluaitt
GIS Specialist
Drew joined the GIS team at Linn County in 2021. He works directly with and in support of the Secondary Roads Department. In his current role he is responsible for the following:
- Supporting Engineering and road maintenance operations
- Maintaining and developing road network and related spatial data
- Assisting with data analysis and providing support for project planning

Dylan Nielsen, GISP
GIS Technician
Dylan joined the GIS team at Linn County in 2017. In his current role he is responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining County GIS printable maps, web maps, apps, and training documents
- Instructing and training County GIS users
- Fulfilling mapping needs of internal and external customers
